Q: Is there any research to show these effects?

Q: I can’t concentrate on anything for more than a few seconds. I’m afraid I’ll never be able to meditate properly.

Q: What about stress due to sleep deprivation? I almost never get a good night’s sleep. Does the Transcendental Meditation technique help with that?

Q: Isn’t some stress a good thing? Doesn’t it give us the edge to do things we might not get done otherwise, like meeting deadlines?

Q: I take a vacation at least once a year. The stress goes away for a little while, but once I’m back at work, I start to feel pressure building up.
